GENERAL INFO

  • The pricing of your piece depends on the design size, level of detail, placement, and color or black-grey. That’s why it’s important to include as much detail as possible in your request form.

    ON WEEKS DAYS: hourly rate 160€

    ON WEEKEND: hourly rate 180€

    Full-day session €800

    Minimum rate €140

  • I usually book clients on these days:
    Thursday: 15:00 - 19:00
    Friday: 10:00 - 19:00

    Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 (weekend rate)

    Exact times depend on appointments, so let me know what works for you in your booking request!

  • Payments can be made via Payconiq or in cash.

    • My Approach: I currently do not require upfront deposits for my trusted clients. My business operates on a basis of mutual respect and trust, and I love being able to work this way with you.

    • Notice Period: If you need to move your session, I ask for at least 72 hours' notice (though the sooner the better!). This gives me enough time to adjust my schedule and offer the space to someone else.

    • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation happens within that 72-hour window, a 100€ deposit will be required to book your next session. This amount will be fully deducted from your tattoo total.

    • No-Shows: If you miss a session without any communication, a deposit of half the amount of your next session will be required to re-book. This will also be deducted from your total.

    • Terms of Deposit: Please note that if a late cancellation or no-show occurs again after a deposit has been made, the deposit will be withheld as compensation for the lost studio time and cannot be refunded or deducted from future sessions.

  • The booking form is available via the here or via DM on Instagram for last-minute bookings. Filling out the form will put you on the list to be contacted for booking in the following days, and you should hear back within one week. If you do not hear back, don’t hesitate to submit another request the following month!

    My books will stay open on my website then when the booking button is activated. If I’m fully booked or similar you can´t book an appointment, but I have a seperate booking form if you want to be notified for last minute cancellation or reopening of my bookings.

  • No. I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, including minors with parental consent.

    Please make sure you meet this age requirement before booking. Any appointment booked without meeting the age requirement will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Yes, if you are unsure about placement/design or personal aspect, we can totally arrange a consultation.

    Please fill out the tattoo form and simply try to explain what you are sure about and what your concerns are without needing to go into details.

    Larger concepts are also a good idea to discuss prior the acctual tattoo appointment.

  • Yes! If you’re flexible and would like to be contacted when a cancellation or rescheduled date becomes available, feel free to let me know via the booking form and I’ll add you to the waitlist.

  • No. It depends on the requested style, motif, … but I can always answer any questions you may have about my process!

  • No, piercing is a separate profession with its own techniques, tools, and expertise. I specialize exclusively in tattooing.

  • I don’t send finished designs far in advance. In some cases, I’ll share a quick sketch beforehand to confirm the direction and key details, which helps avoid major changes on the day of your appointment. The final design is completed close to, or on, the day of the tattoo.

  • I’m based in Luxembourg. Please note that the studio is by appointment only. All visits, whether for a tattoo session or a consultation, must be scheduled in advance. The exact adress will be shared once your appointment is confirmed.

  • Unfortunately, there are several steps leading up to the studio. If needed, we’ll do our best to make an appointment possible anyway. If you have any questions or special requirements, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

FAQ_

  • All orders containing A3 (or similar) and A4 (or similar) will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a rigid envelope.

  • Yes, I ship worldwide from Luxembourg. Each order incurs a flat shipping fee based on your location that does not increase with multiple items. All prints will be shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly.

  • As I am hand packaging each print with love and care, allow for an additional 1-5 working days before I deliver the package to the post office. Please note that special times of the year such as Holiday Season might have a longer delivery time.

  • Estimated delivery time are subject to your location.

    Luxembourg: 3-5 business days

    Europe: 5-21 business days

    Worldwide: 12-21 business days

  • I didn’t receive my package even though it’s been more than 2 months?

  • Preorders take some time because the production starts after everyone has placed their order. You can find the approximate delivery time in the description of the article.

  • I accept returns and exchanges

    Returns for wrongly placed orders are possible within 14 days.
    The buyer has to cover the shipping costs.

    If the object arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me directly. Please take a photo of the damaged package and item and email it to me at mimicotattoo@hotmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. I will offer a refund of the item's price or I will send you a replacement item, once the item is shipped back and received. In these cases we will also cover the cost of the return delivery.
